UTrack a journaling tool with built-in, evidence-based AI technology to scan your writing and provide helpful feedback. Paired with heart rate sensors, respiratory rate tracking and perspiration detection(?), UTrack will accurately identify your true areas of struggle. 

UTrack offers validation, practical solutions for daily implementation, and suggestions for low-cost, local resources. You can choose to enable optional check-ins based on how you're doing, as well as getting progress reports on your improved mental stability overtime.


UTrack doesn’t require insurance, or taking time out of your busy schedule to search for the right therapist. One time payment, and then long-term personalized support. Worried you might need a specific diagnosis? UTrack can start to guide you in the right direction by recognizing negative behavioral patterns.



Meet the Team + our market story 

Meet the UTrack Journal creators! We are a Denver based mental health support company, and we will initially focus on reducing mental health disparities in the Southern states of America. Alabama had the lowest rate of mental health providers in the US, with a ratio of 1 provider to 800 individuals. Additionally, around 35% of adults in Alabama with any mental illness reported having unmet treatment needs in 2022. This ends up being around 1.8 million people struggling. As college students ourselves, we understand the struggle of time and money management, so we created UTrack with individuals aged 18-24 in mind. This being said, we expect UTrack to have an initial potential market of about 115,000 customers. Concisely, making supporting and understanding customers well-being cheap, easy, and accessible was at the forefront of our development process. We plan to make UTrack the next revolutionary technology in the digital mental health support industry.
